It is said that the details determine success or failure! The management of the printing workshop is so complex that it is easy to overlook some minor issues. But it is often such small problems that lead to major accidents. Today I will share with you some details that need to be paid attention to in the workshop management process and hope to provide you with some ideas and suggestions for the detailed management of the factory.
Detail 1: The voltage of the socket is marked above all power sockets.
Purpose: Prevent low-voltage equipment from being mistakenly connected to high-voltage.
Detail 2: On the front and back of all doors, identify whether to “push” or “pull”.
Purpose: It can greatly reduce the chance of the door is damaged, and it is also very convenient for normal entry and exit.
Detail 3: The product instruction sheet for urgent production is distinguished by another color.
Purpose: Remind to give priority to the production line, give priority to inspection, give priority to packaging and give priority to shipment, etc.
Detail 4: All containers with high pressure inside should be firmly fixed, such as fire extinguishers, oxygen cylinders, etc.
Purpose: To reduce the occurrence of accidents.
Detail 5: When there is a newcomer working on the production line, the “newcomer job” is marked on the newcomer’s arm.
Purpose: On the one hand, remind the newcomer that he is still a novice, on the other hand, let the online QC staff take special care of him.
Detail 6: For some products with important appearance, it is not necessary to use iron inspection tools, but some self-made plastic or wooden inspection tools can be used.
Purpose: In this way, the probability of the product being scratched is reduced.
Detail 7: The maximum and minimum inventory of finished products, semi-finished products, and raw materials are stipulated, and the current inventory is marked.
Purpose: to know the real inventory situation clearly. To prevent the inventory from being too high, it can also prevent the products that are sometimes needed from being out of stock.
Detail 8: The switch button of the production line should not face the aisle as much as possible. If it is necessary to face the aisle, it is best to add an outer cover for protection.
Purpose: In this way, transportation vehicles on the aisle can be prevented from accidentally colliding with the button and causing unnecessary accidents.
Detail 9: Except for the staff, outsiders are not allowed to enter the control center of the factory.
Purpose: To prevent major accidents caused by the “curiosity” of unrelated personnel.
Detail 10: Pointer meters such as ammeters, voltmeters, pressure gauges, etc., use a striking marker to mark the range where the pointer should be in normal operation.
Purpose: In this way, it is easier to know whether the equipment is normal under normal working conditions.
Detail 11: Don’t be too credulous about the temperature displayed on the device. It is necessary to use an infrared thermometer to repeat the confirmation on a regular basis.
Purpose: Avoid a wide range of poor quality caused by equipment temperature error.
Detail 12: The first piece does not only refer to the first piece produced on the same day. The following is strictly speaking the “first piece”: the first piece after the daily start-up, the first piece after the replacement of the production, and the maintenance of the machine failure. The first article, the first article after mold repair or adjustment, the first article after the quality problem point countermeasures, the first article after the operator has replaced the first article, the first article after resetting the operating conditions, the first article after a power failure, the first article before the end of work The first piece and so on.
Purpose: To prevent the fish from slipping through the net of defective products in each link
Detail 13: The tools for locking screws are all magnetic, making it easy to take the screws.
Purpose: In case the screw falls on the workbench, it is also very easy to be picked up by the magnetism of the tool.
Detail 14: If the received work contact sheet, coordination letter, etc. cannot be completed on time or cannot be completed, it shall be submitted to the issuing department in a timely manner in a written form with an explanation of the reason.
Purpose: Allow the issuing department to understand the actual situation the first time and adjust countermeasures in time.
Detail 15: Under the condition that the layout of the production line allows, try to allocate similar products to different production lines and different workshops for production.
Purpose: In this way, the possibility of mixing similar products is reduced.
Detail 16: Color pictures for packaging, sales, salespersons, and other products.
Purpose: To reduce the probability of them acknowledging the wrong product.
Detail 17: All the tools in the laboratory are hung on the wall, and their shapes are drawn on the wall.
Purpose: In this way, once the tool is lent, it is very easy to know.
Detail 18: In the statistical analysis report, every other row should be shaded as the background color.
Purpose: This way the report looks much clearer.
Detail 19: For some important test equipment, the daily “first piece” is tested using specially selected “bad pieces”.
Purpose: It is possible to clearly know whether the reliability of the equipment meets the requirements.
Detail 20: The factory has doors that have people entering and exiting but need to be closed all the time. A lever that can be closed “automatically” can be installed on the door.
Purpose: On the one hand, it can ensure that the door is always closed, and on the other hand, the chance of the door being damaged is reduced (no one will force the door to open and close).
